Definition of a cookie

According to the CNPD (National Commission for Data Protection) of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, a cookie is defined as :

« A cookie is a small text file in alphanumeric format that is deposited on the Internet user's terminal (Internet browser, computer, mobile device, etc.) by the server of the online service used (the website visited) or by a third-party server. In particular, such a cookie makes it possible to recognize a visitor when he or she returns to the website, to remember the language the user had chosen during a previous visit or, in the case of shopping services, the products he or she had placed in his or her shopping cart during a previous shopping session ».

Cookies used

The site is designed to be particularly attentive to visitors' needs. To this end, a number of cookies are used.

The deposit of cookies, carried out within the framework of the use of the site, does not make it possible to identify the visitor personally. It records information relating to the navigation of the visitor's terminal within the site, which may be read during subsequent visits.

The information collected is for the exclusive use of Cracker's Tech and its parent company CrackyShell Holding Ltd. and its subsidiaries or its technical service providers, and will not be transferred to third parties or advertisers.

The cookies used are for exclusive purposes:

  • to compile visitor statistics in order to improve the site.
  • to offer you high-quality content that meets your expectations.
  • secure Cracker's Tech's IT infrastructure.
  • memorize your login to the platform My Account when you click on the "Remember me" box.

Information and consent to cookies

The purposes of all cookies are set out in the table above.

The consent of the user is not applicable, insofar as he accepts the Terms & Conditions of the website through simple browsing. The only two cookies are used solely to prevent form spam and to give the user access to the customer area that has been created following the order of a product/service.

Visitors may also configure their browser software so that cookies are stored on their terminal or, conversely, so that they are rejected, either systematically or depending on the sender. Visitors can also configure their browsers to accept or reject cookies from time to time, before a cookie is stored on their terminal. Each browser is configured differently to manage cookies and visitor choices. This is described in the browser's help menu, which will enable visitors to find out how to modify their cookie preferences. Visitors can choose to express and modify their cookie preferences at any time.

Information on right of access

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the amended French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés) of January 6, 1978, visitors are informed that they have a right of access to personal information concerning them, a right of rectification, a right to withdraw their consent and to delete said information.
